In one of the private dental colleges in Rajasthan the the doctors are appointed at rupees seven thousands per month but the driver of the van is paid rupees seven thousand and five hundred per month.Is learning driving is more difficult than learning dentistry. Is it fair ? |

. Living in a boundary of dental colleges sometimes the doctors and lecturers feel as if they know much more than private practioners. But this is not true. A doctor working in prosthetic department for about two years, when doing light cure took more than one hour for a simple class one light cure filling. When asked by some senior staff member why she took so much time, she said politely "Sir ! I have done it for the first time ". Is it fair ? |
